01 / Rights holder
Copyright and applicable intellectual property rights in original KitzLabs concepts, own code, layouts, brand assets and documentation remain with AI Kitz Art & Labs e.U. (brand: kitzlabs.ai). Purchasing a digital product does not transfer these underlying rights.
02 / Intended individual project licence
After full payment and a separately activated checkout, the prospective licence grants one purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to adapt and use the purchased template for one own or one client website. This is the intended future product scope, not an active purchase offer.
03 / Allowed uses
Customise colours, content, own branding and code; use the resulting website commercially for the named project; host it on an appropriate production service. Extra client projects require separate licences unless agreed otherwise in writing.
04 / Prohibited distribution
No standalone resale, republication, sublicensing, stock-site uploads or redistribution of the source files as a template or theme pack. Original KITZLABS branding may not be misrepresented as that of another creator.
05 / Third-party materials
Unsplash and other externally sourced photographs, fonts and libraries remain subject to their separate licences. No copyright or exclusive image rights are transferred. Check redistribution, editorial contexts and any applicable model or property releases, or replace imagery with your own properly licensed assets.
06 / Demonstrations, warranties and integrations
Bookings, payment and AI functions in previews may be simulated. Production integrations, accessibility audits, security review and legal compliance are separate services unless expressly included in a signed order.
07 / Availability
Downloads, Stripe checkout and purchase agreements are not yet active. These terms describe the intended licence model and require legal review before first sale.
